Staying at Casa Republicii in Brașov felt like stepping into a charming slice of history, nestled just a breezy four-minute walk from the bustling Council Square. As a travel enthusiast and family man, I particularly loved how peaceful and quiet this elegantly furnished stay was, which made for perfect evenings after a day spent hiking with my wife and daughters. The spacious room had a private entrance, allowing us to come and go with ease, while the large bathroom came stocked with complimentary toiletries-always a nice touch for traveling families. Our self-catering setup was a big plus; having a fridge nearby meant we could keep snacks on hand for our little adventurers, and the flat-screen TV provided some cozy entertainment after long days. Plus, with highlights like the Black Church and Brasov Synagogue just a quick stroll away, we enjoyed extra exploration with our girls, embracing both culture and nature.
